Welcome to our website. The Snellville Citizens Police Academy Alumni Association (SCPAAA) is a 501(c)(3) organization comprised of the
Citizens Police Academy graduates.
Our goals are to enhance the relationship between the citizens of Snellville and the Snellville Police Department and to raise money and provide support to the department and its officers. The SCPAAA members volunteer many hours annually in service to the Snellville Police Department. Through fund-raising activities, the SCPAAA provides the police department with equipment which is not budgeted but makes the police officer’s job more effective.
Meetings of the general membership are held monthly at the Snellville Police Station, and feature guest speakers associated with law enforcement, as well as continued education presentations and events.

"We participated in the Citizen's Police Academy at the suggestion of one of Snellville's Police Officer's who's a family friend. Great advice! We really enjoyed interacting with a bunch of great folks - the officers who presented as well as our fellow classmates - and we learned a LOT. It was very interesting and enlightening to see what a Law Enforcement Officer's responsibilities are, and how committed the folks are from the chief to the dispatch team. We have since stayed involved by being a part of the Alumni Association and the experience has only gotten better. Thank you to the Snellville PD and all involved "

"Their fundraising efforts have provided us with much needed equipment we would not ordinarily be able to obtain. We greatly appreciate their efforts"
